Address bar

Ok, so at the top of my screen on IE and Netscape, I can type an address and go to it. On IE, I used to have what I have on netscape, which is a bar that tells me what a link leads to if I highlight it. How can I get it to come back on IE?

You mean if you hover your mouse over a link?

View -> Status Bar

if i understand you right the part where you type in what site you wanna go to is gone right?, well go to veiw/toolbars/address bar and make sure theres a check by it…if not make one next to it! then happy birthday

I think you mean the status bar, right?

Should be on View > Status Bar.
